They are made to be used in three ways:

• unstable – as balance parallettes

• rocker – the maximum of instability & fun!

and that’s why you have a lot of ways to simplify or complicate your trainings.

This tool will decrease burden on wrists in planche training, improve your balance in handstand and will help to get maximum efficiency in range of motion.

They are fully collapsible, which makes them possible to transfer – easy to put onto a backpack!

All the details are produced on a CNC machine, also they are polished to make the grip more comfortable.
